This 8 piece pattern is for 1940's lace trimmed blouses with Buster Brown collars, elbow length sleeves or puff sleeves and a tie at the neck.  The pattern is unprinted, cut and complete but is wrinkled and there are some tears to the envelope. Labeled a size 34 bust.
